Paperwork Requirements
Renting from SYNC is easy! Before renting equipment, we need to have the following paperwork on file:
- Signed Rental Policies Form
- Signed Rental Agreement
- Credit Card Authorization Form with a copy of your Credit Card and Driver’s License (BOTH sides)
- Certificate of Insurance (COI) – requirements and sample COI’s are included in our Rental Paperwork link below
- NOTE: If you do not have adequate insurance, we will need to authorize a credit card hold for the replacement cost of the gear + the cost of the rental.
