Renting from SYNC is easy! Before renting equipment, we need the following documents on file:

• Rental Paperwork – Please download below

  • Rental Policies Form

  • Rental Agreement

  • Credit Card Authorization Form with a copy of your credit card and driver’s license (both sides)

  • Driver Contact Form with a copy of the driver’s license (if renting one of our vehicles)

• Certificate of Insurance (COI) – Please view our sample COIs below for reference

  • We do not offer insurance ourselves, but we do have a partnership with Athos. Please feel free to view some recommended carriers below.

  • NOTE: If you do not have adequate insurance, we will need to authorize a credit card hold for the full replacement cost of the gear + cost of the rental.
